Crafab NEMA motors from China!

We manufacture high quality NEMA Frame 48, 56, 56C and 56J motors in China. Most motors are certified to  CSA-C22.2 and UL1004 standards (cCSAus) for safety and a peace of mind for overseas customers. UL logo on our website denotes our Insulation System has been evaluated and approved by UL.

Among Chinese motor manufacturers, probably only Crafab Electric has motors certified by UL for 65 deg. C (174.6 deg. F) ambient temperature  rating with Sensata reset switches for food equipment.  UL Guangzhou Laboratory had to design up an enclosure with heating elements, sensors and timers to simulate the demanding 65 deg. C. ambient temperature environment in 2011.

 a. Authorized DuPont Nomex® Class F (155 deg. C) Insulatation System, UL listed.  Actual motor test rise is well within Class B(130 deg. C) limit, which translates into longer motor life; 

 b. High Temp. Rating (180 deg. C/ 380 deg. F ) ball bearings standard. UL Certified 65 deg. C. ambient temperature rating on selective models.

 c. UL/CSA approved electrical parts: motor leads, varnish, capacitors etc.. VPI vacuum dipping for deeper and even varnish penetration for much stronger insulation. VPI is proven superior to traditional gravity dipping ovens found in most of our competitors including our North American counterparts.

 d. Copper Windings (and only copper windings) coulpled with premium Cold Rolled Lamination steel for premium efficiency.

 e. Constructed to CSA-C22.2 and UL1004 Standards. 

 f. 100% inspection on each and every motor.
